Health Fund Rebates Available

We proudly accept all health funds. For your convenience, we offer on-the-spot rebates through our HICAPS terminal, ensuring a seamless payment process. Please note that the amount covered by your private health insurance will vary depending on your specific plan, provider, and premium. APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that your time is valuable, and we are committed to providing all our patients with the best care possible. To ensure that we can operate efficiently and offer timely appointments to everyone in need, we kindly request that you call us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This courtesy allows us to accommodate other patients who could benefit from our services. Please note that a fee of $30 will be applied to cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time. This fee is necessary to cover the reserved time and resources for your appointment, which could have been allocated to another patient in need. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy, ensuring that we can continue to provide high-quality chiropractic care to our community. Do I need a referral to book an appointment?+
No referral is needed. You can book directly online or by calling (02) 9837 5161. If you're coming through Medicare's Enhanced Primary Care plan, your GP will need to provide a referral — but for standard appointments, just book and come in.
Does my health fund cover chiropractic?+
Most extras health cover includes chiropractic. We accept all private health funds and process your rebate on the spot through HICAPS, so you only pay the gap. The amount covered depends on your specific plan — check with your fund before your first visit if you're unsure.
How much will I pay out of pocket?+
That depends on your health fund and level of cover. Our initial appointment is $119 — many funds cover $40–$60 of that, leaving a gap of $60–$80. Standard appointments ($78) typically have a smaller gap. If you're paying without a health fund, that's the full fee.
What's your cancellation policy?+
We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. A $30 fee applies to late cancellations. If something comes up, just call or message us as early as you can — we're flexible where we can be.
Do you offer any discounts?+
Yes — concession and pension cardholders receive a $10 discount on the initial chiropractic appointment. If you're unsure whether you qualify, just mention it when you book.
