No referral is needed. You can book directly online or call (02) 9837 5161. If your GP has issued a Medicare Chronic Disease Management (CDM) plan, bring it to your first visit — Medicare rebates apply.
Is there parking at the clinic?
Yes. On-site parking is available directly outside 36 Donohue St, Kings Park — no need to search for a spot before your appointment.
How quickly can I get an appointment?
